We strive to provide great quality as well as value. We will be more than happy to accept returns on all items except for Idea CD's. Defective CD's will be replaced. Please email katetate@tx.rr.com prior to sending any returns. Returns will only be credited if received within 15 days of purchase.

We always aim to ship orders within 24 hours of receipt, but sometimes due to high volume of orders this is not possible. Orders will always be shipped within 5 days or receipt.

Idea CD's

Idea CD's do not come in a jewel case, they are shipped in a CD envelope. This is for the safety of the CD. Jewel cases have been known to break in transit and can scratch the surface of the CD. CD is for personal use only. Any replication of the CD is prohibited and use for profit is also prohibited. Images contained on the CD are copyrighted and you may not copy the images or exact image ideas when making items for resale. However you may use the ideas on items you make for yourself or for gifts. I thank you for your cooperation on this point.
